So, the final training run, a testy little 8 miles, with over 700 ft of climbing has been completed and the next job is to get everything loaded into the car for the journey down to London for the start of the Tour on Tuesday.
The response from everyone has been amazing, we have already had to increase our target for donations once as we achieved £5k a number of weeks ago, and we’ll need to do it again as we have just gone past £7k. How about getting nearer to that magical £10k number, which is what is costs the SSSART to maintain the service for 12 months.
We now have over 20 riders signed up to do at least 1 stage which is fantastic, and I am looking forward to getting this event up and cycling in a less than two days !
